Message	with Made in Japan. Aside from the color they have appeared identical. I had a customer with one black and one silver on the front of his S13 and the car handles evenly. I did do a Toyota Camry, both front struts black EXcel G, but one was made in Japan and one was made in USA. Again the car handled evenly. I really have a hard time believing that KYB would change something as critical as the valving on a strut and mark them as the same part.
